We wend our way through the opening credits and very first minute of The Cabin in the Woods.
Heidi’s Guacamole:
- 3 – ripe avocados, mashed
- 1 – tablespoon finely chopped white onion
- 1 – lime, juiced
- 1 – garlic clove, chopped (or 1 -teaspoon garlic powder)
- a sprinkle of sea salt
- 1/2 – teaspoon ground cumin
- a dash of Chipotle Tabasco
- Optional: chopped cilantro to taste.
Mix it all together then add more of anything you like to get the flavor juuuust right for you. – Heidi
