Heidi’s Guacamole:

  • 3 – ripe avocados, mashed
  • 1 – tablespoon finely chopped white onion
  • 1 – lime, juiced
  • 1 – garlic clove, chopped (or 1 -teaspoon garlic powder)
  • a sprinkle of sea salt
  • 1/2 – teaspoon ground cumin
  • a dash of Chipotle Tabasco
  • Optional: chopped cilantro to taste.

Mix it all together then add more of anything you like to get the flavor juuuust right for you. – Heidi
